She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sadonis and Anna Sadonis; her husband Johnny Evans; her son Lee Fadeley; and her grandson Lee Allen.

She is survived by: her children, Laurie Allen (Michael), Beth Page (Jimmy), Chris Wade (Beverly), Randy Fadeley and Melinda Howard (Stephen); and her sister Joan Stevenson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
