He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Kapusta, Sr. and Eleanor Pioveson Kapusta; and his wife Paula Kapusta. He is survived by: his children, Kirk Kapusta (Cheryl) of Olmsted Falls, OH, Keith Kapusta of Aspinwall, Kimberly Sasse (Zebulan) of Cabot and Kelley Wylie of Aiken, SC; his brothers, Barry Kapusta (Carol) of Greensburg and Allan Kapusta of Homer City, PA; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Kapusta, AJ Kapusta, Tyler Sasse and Chase Sasse.
