He is survived by: his parent Latimer Briggs Neal; his wife Iris Parker Neal; his daughter Cindy Neal of Southern Shores, NC; his granddaughters, Katy Kingsbury and Carly Kingsbury; and his sister Allene Scarce of Winter Park, FL. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
