Though Thomas Theodore has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Williams and Winnifred Robson Williams; and his wife Sally Morland Williams. He is survived by: his son Christopher Williams; and also Shirley O'Callahan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
