He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel R. Henderson and Frances Heath Henderson. He is survived by: his wife Carol Henderson; his sister Elizabeth "Betsy" Kottenstette; his siblings-in-law, John Kottenstette, Bob Swanson and Sally Swanson; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Brownson Presbyterian Church (330 S May St, Southern Pines, NC 28387).
