Disney Jr. (Southern Pines, North Carolina), born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on January 31, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Disney; his children, Katrina Badlwin (Brad), Joe Disney (Adrienne) and Kim Disney (Nick); his grandchildren, Nakyiah Vassell (Brandon) and Jayden Cotton; and his siblings, Ross, Scott Disney, Cindy Disney and Julia Wrenn.

Rusty also touched many young lives working with youth at The Eckerd Foundation.
