It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Gerald Kroll (Southern Pines, North Carolina), who passed away on September 19, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Kroll and Sadye Kroll; and his brother Craig Kroll. He is survived by: his wife Helen (Friedman Cohen); his children, Peter (Patricia Novak) and Tana (Mike Young); his stepchildren, Marcia Cohen (David), Barry Cohen (Patty), Lee Cohen (Diane) and Mark Cohen; his grandchildren, Erica Korngut, Jeremy Cohen, Brynn Stott Cohen, Tamara Cohen, Samantha Cohen, Nicole Cohen, Rebecca Cohen and Megan Rand; his family NJ; and his former wife Arlene (Singer). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to "Rutgers University Foundation in support of the Dr. Justin Stone and Dr. Robert Kroll Endowed Scholarship" at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine.
