It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph Gaeta of Southern Pines, North Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on October 12, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ciro Gaeta and Mary D'Apice Gaeta; his wife Alice Barthold Gaeta; and his son Ralph Alfred Gaeta. He is survived by: his children, Alane Gaeta Lennon (Tony) of Southern Pines and Dr. Ronald Barthold Gaeta of Newtown, Connecticut; his grandchildren, Crosby Hanlon Gaeta of New York, N. Y and Walker James Gaeta of Newtown, Connecticut; his siblings, Cyrus Gaeta of Clinton, CT and Ruth Gaeta Gallo of Merrick, NY.; and his caregivers, Susan, Secoya, Sherica, Monique and Dee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Health Hospice, 150 Applecross Rd., Pinehurst, N. C. 28374.
