It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mona V. Kirkland (Southern Pines, North Carolina), born in Robbins, North Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Mona shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Mona farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Mickey; her daughter Shelby Martindale (Kenneth); and her pet Cooper.
