He is survived by: his grandchild Riley Gardner; his wife Patsy; his children, Jonie Gardner and Zachery Duke (Ashley); his mother Martha Odom; his grandchildren, Christopher Spivey, Keegan Duke, Madison Spivey, Frank, Scofield and Michael Scofield; and his sisters, Carolyn Brown (Cam) and Belinda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
