He was predeceased by: his son Nathan Livengood. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his daughters, Catherine Livengood Palmer (William) of Havelock, NC, Susan Livengood Barwick (Byron) of Seven Springs, NC and Mendy Lewis of Aberdeen, NC; and his brother Wayne Livengood. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
