With profound sadness, we say goodbye to LeRoy Joseph Dare of Southern Pines, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. LeRoy Joseph left this world on February 3, 2025 at the age of 93, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Dare and Mildred Carle Dare; and his wife Nancy Brown. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Dare Troutman (Joel) and Michael L. Dare (Meg); his grandchildren, Sara, Jacob Troutman, Mitch (Jess), Montana, Jeremy and Claudia Dare; and his great grandchild Rafael.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (200 E New York Ave, Southern Pines, NC 28387).
