Kenneth Ray Harris Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2025, at the age of 80, Kenneth Ray Harris of Southern Pines, North Carolina, born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Kenneth Ray departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Kenneth Ray may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Kenneth Ray leaves behind.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Lee Chandler; his sons, Christopher and Brian; his daughter-in-law Meg; his grandsons, Liam and Connor; and his siblings, Dick and Susie.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Southern Pines United Methodist Church (175 Midland Rd, Southern Pines, NC 28387).
