She is survived by: her children, Zachary Lachlan and Emmaleigh Afton Russell; her husband Stephen Russell; her parents, Deborah Hinson Thomas (James) of West End and Robbie Tedder (Nancy) of Mount Gilead; her siblings, Bliss Jacobs, Bethany Tedder of Mt. Gilead and Rick Jacobs; her grandmother Lola Hinson of Candor; her mother-in-law Mary Russell of Wadeville; her nephews, Grayson and Kieran of Whispering Pines; and her close friends, Suzann Beddingfield, Rebecca Boston Polley and Erica Street. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, an account has been established at the State Employees Credit Union for Jessica T. Russell for the benefit of her children for education.
