He was predeceased by: his parents, Leah Jacobsen and Niles Jacobsen. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Scott (Kara) of East Greenwich, RI, Greg (Liz) of Kaneohe, HI and Jim (Rachel) of Mooresville, NC; and his grandchildren, Alex, Matthew, Courtney, Samantha, Eric and Noah.
