He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Chandler Prevatt; his sons, David Prevatt (Abbie), Christy Williams (Todd) and Jeffrey Prevatt (Betty-Shannon); his grandchildren, Zack Prevatt (Hunter), Andrew Prevatt, Jacob Prevatt, Lauren Prevatt, Colby Williams, Sierra Williams, Will Prevatt and Wilder Prevatt; his great grandchild Hudson Prevatt; and his siblings, Bob Prevatt and Nancy Madison.
