He is survived by: his children, Craig Polston (Crystal), Renee Celestine (Tom) and Keith Polston (Candice); his grandchildren, Katie Kline, Keven Sutton, Lauren Polston, Joshua Polston and Gabriel Kamrud-Polston; his great grandchildren, Bennett Kline and Reece Andrews-Polston; his siblings, Sylvia Chellis and Bill Polston (Anna); and his caregiver Bettina Calcote.
