It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Griffin of South Mills, North Carolina, who passed away on May 3, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John William Griffin and Julia Taylor Griffin; his wife Jean Lister Griffin; his children, Michael Griffin (Sharon), William Saunders, Edward Griffin and Wendy McPherson (Steve) of South Mills, NC; and his siblings, John Lee Griffin (Kathy), Collis W. Griffin (Ruth), Margie Griffin, Doris Griffin, Barbara Halsey (Herbert) and Debra Cooper. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
