She was predeceased by: her parents, Pennie Louise Stallings Hewitt and Kenneth Hewitt; her husband William Kenneth Bigbie; and her siblings, Melvin Hewitt, Kenneth Hewitt, Edna Harrison, Peggy Kight and Kathleen Riggs.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher Shaun Bigbie (Monique) and Scott Kenneth Bigbie; her siblings, Faye Hylton, Lankford Hewitt, Lindsey Hewitt and Winky Hewitt; and her grandchildren, Bryant Leary, Justice, Holt and Landry Bigbie.
