With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gladys Mae Clow of South Mills, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Williams, Sr. and Evelyn Whitehurst Williams; and her grandson Theron Hollowell. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Karl Clow (Art); her children, Karl Clow, Suzette Ward (Stanley) and Paulette McCoy (Jeff); her grandchildren, Whitney Ward, Dustin Ward and Christopher Hollowell (Lacey); her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Haddock (Michael), Josh McCoy (Nicole) and Abbey Myl (Jason); her great grandchildren, Bella, Lincoln, Dawson and Cora; and her siblings, Lois McPherson (late Bunch), Jean Sawyer (Sam), Franklin Williams (Linda) and Dianne Overton (Gary). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
