He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Owen (Stella Walker Owen) and Margaret Ann Holland Owen; and his sisters, Donna Owen Curtiss (Frank) and Helen Owen Powell (Brad). He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Owen; and his siblings, Kenneth Owen (Merilee) and Janet Tippet. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
