We are sad to announce that on February 6, 2022, at the age of 65, Ben Marriner of South Mills, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin Franklin Marriner and Mary Barber Marriner; his wife Myrtis Sawyer Marriner; his children, Kelly Gallop (Aron) and Jeffrey Sawyer of South Mills; his siblings, Elizabeth Trotman and William "Pete" Marriner of Edenton; his grandsons, Christopher Stevenson (Kaitlyn), Anthony and Noah Gallop; his great grandchildren, Braelynn, Camden and Avery; and his nephews, Michael and Matthew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his memory may be made to any chapter of the American Cancer Society.
