He is survived by: his father Michael Phillips (Leslie) of Trinity; his pet Shelby; his stepfather Tony Gasque of Summerfield; his sister Sydney Gasque of Sophia; his close friend Hannah Phillips of Sophia; his stepbrother Michael Hill; his grandparents, Shirley Trivett of Thomasville, Joe of Thomasville and Betty Aultman of Thomasville; his aunts and uncles, JJ Shelley of Sophia, Donna (Randy Farlow) of Sophia, Carolyn Hill of Sophia, Pam (Marty Howard) and Joann (Jeff Scarlett); and his brothers, Clayton Farlow, Jonathan Rhymer, Jeffery Rhymer, Jerry Rhymer, Stetson Haynes and Chase Lambert. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family.
