We are sad to announce that on September 9, 2024, at the age of 83, Wayne Trotter of Sophia, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Martin and Nellie Davis Trotter; his sister Judy Trotter Hinshaw; and his brother-in-law Larry Wayne Gray. He is survived by: his wife Freda Emerson Turner; his stepdaughter Paige Turner White (Chad) of Winston-Salem; his grandsons, Cameron John White of Winston-Salem and Keanan Bryan White of Winston-Salem; his sister Muriel Trotter Gray of Trinity; his nieces, Kim Hinshaw Beeson (Robert) of Randleman and Amy Gray Todd of Trinity; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marie Beeson, Reece Beeson, Grayson Todd and Abigail Todd.
