She was predeceased by: her parents, Loudsey Blackman and Alice Virginia Dance Williams; and her husband John Henry Stevens, Sr.. She is survived by: her son John Henry Stevens, Jr.; her wife Patsy of Trinity; her daughters, Barbara Jarrett (Gregg) of Trinity and Anne Dust (David) of California; her grandchildren, Roger, Scott, Ashley, Jennifer and Sarah; her great grandchildren, Heather, Hailee, Ashley, Conard, Hunter, Gage, Savannah, Lisa and Sarah; and her great great grandchildren, Karter and Bristol.
