He is survived by: his daughter Alisa Phillips of Raeford; his siblings, Angie Pethel (John) of Salisbury and Billy Leroy Phillips of Sophia; and his nephews, Michael Reynolds, Tyler Pethel, Ashley Phillips, Justin Phillips and Brandon Phillips.
