He is survived by: his spouse Gail Urban Fields; his children, Lisa Fields and Gregg Fields (Twing); and his grandchildren, Connor Fields, George Louis Fields, III and Rachel Fields. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
