Evelene Duree Hunt Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelene Duree Hunt (Sophia, North Carolina), who passed away on January 4, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Allen and Sadie Manns Hunt; her husband Troy Elwood Hunt, Jr.; and her siblings, Brenda Gatlin, Roy Hunt and Ralph Hunt.

She is survived by: her son Troy Dale Hunt (Ronda) of Burlington; her granddaughters, Amanda Hunt Hylton (Dakota) and Rachel Nicole Hunt (David Babb); and her siblings, Ruth Hunt of Thomasville, Ruby Priddy (Jesse) of Ramseur, Raymond Hunt (Betty) of Glenola, Otis Hunt (Patsy) of Asheboro and Mack Hunt of Asheboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
