He is survived by: his wife Michelle Master Tozer; his children, Samantha Puckett (William), Jennifer Tozer and Travis Dylan Tozer; his grandchildren, Alyssa Tozer, Corey, Amber and Puckett; and his siblings, Sandra Cline, Patricia Bologna, Bertha Godfrey, Dineen Pude, Francis Eugene Tozer, Jr. and James Tozer.
