He was predeceased by: his father George Henry Billings. He is survived by: his mother Alice Lawson Billings of Sophia; his wife Kristine "Kris" Plummer Billings; his daughter Taylor Keenan (Robert) of Trinity; and his brother Scotty Billings of Sophia.
