He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry C. Sink and Frances Pauline Walker Sink; his wife Linda Scism; his daughter Cynthia Sink; and his sister Mary Hill.

He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Sink (Pauline) of Snow Camp and Greg Sink (Melissa) of Sophia; his sisters, Bonnie Driver (Eddie) of Wilmington and Barbara Black of Winston-Salem; his grandchildren, Rachel, Nick and Gail; and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Westyn.
