He is survived by: his parents, Joyce Crisp Ivan (Steve) of Sophia and Donald Roark, Sr.; his wife Tammy of Randleman; his grandmothers, Lela Roark and Mary Allen; his siblings, Justin Roark and Brittany Roark; his aunts, Janice Hampton and Judy Roark; and his uncle David Crisp. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
