She is survived by: her husband Ed Polen; her children, Aaron Warren (Holly) of High Point, Ashley Lewis (Robert) of Sophia and Melissa Dunlap of Sophia; her siblings, James, Scotty, Randy, Danny, John, Tommy, Mary, Irene, Darlene and Janet; and her grandchildren, Gunner, Hailey and David.
