He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Lewis Perkins. He is survived by: his mother Janita Funderburk Pesnell; his wife Elizabeth Vardaman; his sons, Brandon Perkins and Tanner Perkins; his sisters, Dana Lee (Alan) and Shonda Cox (Tim); his uncles, Jack Allen (Irene), David Joe Perkins (Tresia) and Hector Melendez (Jeanne); and his nieces and nephews, Amy Hopson, Alana Lee, Scott LaRoe and Jaden Cox. He is also survived by numerous cousins; four great nieces; and numerous other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Midstate Cremation & Funeral Service Chapel (304 Lanier Ave, Asheboro, NC 27203). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Funderburk Family Cemetery.
