He is survived by: his mother Sadie Lucille Dixon White; his wife Angela Caudle Bunting; his children, Scott Bunting (Amanda), Lee Newby (Sarah), Steven Bunting (Christina) and Emily Wilkins (Danny); his grandchildren, Allison, Wesley, Ariel, Brayden, Braxton, Damien, Trevor, Cameron, Wyatt, Alannah and Christopher; his siblings, Frankie Harper, Ray Harper, Gene Harper and Joann Payne; and his aunt Gladys Ezzell.
The family is accepting flowers, as well as donation made in Billy's honor to be made payable to the family to help with funeral expenses.
