He was predeceased by: his parents, Elias Moore and Sarah Cruse Moore; his siblings, John Moore, Henry Moore, Eddie Moore, Mary Perry, Betty Stallings, Marie Sessoms, Arlene Noland and Helen Christine Edwards; and his sister-in-law Lavone Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Clark Moore; his children, Stacy White (Jason), Will Moore, Jr. (Jaime) and Ryan Moore (Carole); his grandchildren, Noah White, Luke White, Max Moore, Claire Moore and Chesleigh Moore; his sisters, Joyce Taylor and Donna Grady (William); and his brothers-in-law, Randall Clark and Vernon Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, lifelong friends.
