"Tim" Goodson; her son Joshua Aaron Goodson (April) of Goldsboro; her grandchildren, Hannah Paige Goodson of Goldsboro, Carson Blake Goodson of Goldsboro and Corbin Gray Goodson of Goldsboro; her siblings-in-law, Peggy W. Edwards of Snow Hill, Glenda Blackman (Lounes) of Goldsboro, Kermit Goodson (Violet) of Mount Olive and George Goodson of Dunn; her niece Celia Edwards Whitehurst (Jay) of Snow Hill; her nephew James Edwards (Meredith) of Kinston; her great-nieces, Amber Crandall (Will) of Farmville and Brandy Boone (Doug) of Greenville; and her cousins, Don Edwards of Santa Rosa, CA, Pam Hinrichs of Highland Ranch, CO, Ann Turnacliff of Boulder, CO and Susan Baril of Canyon City, CO..
However, in recent years she found great enjoyment in worshiping at the 902 Church in Kinston where she and Tim attended regularly prior to the pandemic.
