She is survived by: her mother Helen Smith Chase; her daughters, Kelli Brianne Chase Revels (Jonathan) of Inman, S. C and Emma Rose Chase of Inman, S. C; her uncle Dennis Ray Chase (Peggy) of Snow Hill; her aunt Glenda Marcell Smith Strunk (Charles) of Havelock; her sister-in-law Misty Lang Chase of Snow Hill; her nephew Tyler Chase (Caroline); her niece Ashleigh Chase Lancaster (Derek "Fuzzy") of Snow Hill; her great-nephew Walker Lancaster; her great-niece Adeline Chase; and her cousins, Paige Chase (Nick Kearney) of Snow Hill, Devin Chase (Erica) of Fremont, Derek Chase (Stephanie) of Snow Hill, Carrie Finney (Gaylan) and Charles Finney of Havelock.
