He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Butler Rogers and Virginia Creech Rogers; and his brothers, Marion Eugene Rogers and David Allen Rogers, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kie Beaman Rogers; his sons, Kyle Andrew Rogers of Winterville and Thomas Kevin Rogers of Snow Hill; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Grace Rogers; and his sister Sandy Rogers Hood (Linwood) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
