He is survived by: his wife Paula Broadwell; his grandchildren, April Grant of Snow Hill, Brande Grant Watson (Eddie) of Snow Hill, Christopher Cooper (Leigh Ann) of Snow Hill, Jason Cooper, Ashlee Cooper, Matty Young, Nicky Young and Aida Young; his siblings, Patsy Grant (Brooks) of Snow Hill, Gloria Jean Thompson (Robby) of Albermarle and Timmy Grant (Debby) of Snow Hill; and his close friends, Little Bit, Paula, Allen Ginn, Brent Ginn, Travis Ginn and Ricky Shingleton.
