He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Elizabeth Vandiford and William Elias Vandiford; and his son Kenneth Earl Vandiford. He is survived by: his wife Judy Faye Kilpatrick Vandiford; his sons, Keith Vandiford (Lynn) of Grifton and Curtis Vandiford (Kyndal) of Fort Worth, Texas; his grandsons, Kevin (Brooke) of Hookerton, Adam (Opal) of New Bern, Kenny of Snow Hill and Cody of Snow Hill; his sisters, Jean Sutton of Grifton, Carolyn Grant of Greenville and Tootsie Bailey of Winterville; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Landon, Nathan, Brandon, Makayla, Hannah, Jason and Brooklynn. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
