He is survived by: his grandmother Betty Joyce Chase; his parent Betty Jean Vick; his siblings, Janet Renee Chase, Randy Chase, Wanda Jeannie Vick and Carl Vick; his daughters, Savannah Chase and Samantha Chase; and his grandchildren, Jaxson Strader and Harley Grace Strader.
