He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Paul and Vivian Lee Costner; his wife Charlotte Cunningham Costner; his sisters, Sandra Mercer (Steve) of Fayetteville, Sharon Stacey of White Lake and Sonya Fincher of Perry, Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Cunningham (Joyce) of Goldsboro and Annette Cunningham of Hampstead.
