He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Jones and Hazel Jones; and his brothers, Paul Jones and Wilmon Jones. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Taylor Jones; his children, Ginger Jones Pittman (Tommy) of Snow Hill and Robert Kevin Jones (Brandie) of Pittsboro; his grandson Zander Hunt Pittman; and his sisters, Jean Jones, Peggy Blizzard and Angelia Herring (Jimmie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
