He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Louise Cade. He is survived by: his wife Earline Shingleton; his father Bobby Gene Shingleton; his children, Rececca Lane (Jeremy) and Bobby Shingleton (Jessica); his brothers, Ronald Shingleton (Betty), Timmy Shingleton (Donna) and Tony Shingleton (Janine); and his grandchildren, Kristian Vaughn (Angel), Taylor Mills, Rahley Moore, Levi Vaughn, Sierra and Sueanna.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Howard - Carter Funeral Home (1608 W Vernon Ave, Kinston, NC 28504).
