He is survived by: his wife Sharon Braswell Wooten of LaGrange, NC; his daughters, Shaniece Barfield of Hookerton, NC and Rhontia Johnson of Snow Hill, NC; and his siblings, Ramon Dixon of Raleigh, NC, Ronie Dawson, Patrina Atkinson Sanders of LaGrange, NC and Lanetta Wade of Goldsboro, NC.. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
