She is survived by: her children, Anitra Edwards, Shanita Edwards, Monica Miller (Samuel) and Terrence Edwards; her grandchildren, Tremaine Carmon, Jalen Carmon, Montrevius Edwards, I, Q'Essence Edwards, Jadorian Edwards, Terreif Edwards, Charlene Carmon, Corrina Carmon, Antony Carmon, Jy'Voe Austin, Elizabeth Miller and Samuel Miller, Jr.; and her siblings, Clara Mumford, Alice Barfield, Terry Hall (Eddie Dean), Zebedee Carmon (Yvette), Benjamin Carmon (Beverly) and Robert Carmon (Lavern). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, caregivers, classmates, neighbors, parishioners and co-workers.
