He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Cornelius and Kathleen Carlisle Radford; his wife Josie Suggs Radford; and his brothers, James T. "Timmy" Radford and Brian K. Radford.
He is survived by: his sons, Patrick C. "Rick" Radford Jr. (Dacia) of Hoover and Robert S. "Rob" Radford (Stacy) of Knightdale; his grandchildren, Sidney Radford Batts (Shelton) of Ahoskie and Evan P. Radford of Hoover, Alabama; and his sister Connie R. Sauls of Snow Hill.
