It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melba Jean Tyson Best of Snow Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Tony Best of Snow Hill, NC; her children, Gregory Daniels, Jr. of Snow Hill, NC, Janay Harris of Maury, NC, Tonika Best of Greenville, NC, Tyra Best of Ayden, NC and Marquelia Wade of Goldsboro, NC; and her brother Mitchell Lee Tyson (Felicia Tyson) of Snow Hill, NC. She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
