It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcus Devon Thomas of Snow Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Janie B. Williams; his stepfather Jerry Williams; his father Randall'Brian'Thomas (Sheila Thomas) of Philadelphia, PA; his children, Emeri Marquise Thomas and Elani Arielle Thomas; the parent of his children Lesha Petteway; his brother Justin Thomas of Bronx; his aunt Cobertha Bizzelle of Mitcheville, MD; his uncles, Robert Bizzelle of Union, NJ, Henry Bizzelle of LaGrange, NC, Curtis Bizzelle, Joe Bizzelle (Gloria), Linwood Bizzelle of Snow Hill, NC, Clifford Thomas of Newark, NJ and Donald Thomas, Jr. of Atlanta, GA; his great-aunts, Melissa Harris of Kinston, NC, Rebie Smith of Kinston, NC, Shirley Weathington of Kinston, NC and Marva Dixon of Atlanta, GA; his great-uncle Bobby'Freddie'Williams of Takoma Park, MD; and his close friend Janazia Dawson of Snow Hill, NC. He is also survived by three step-sisters, 2 step-brothers, cousins like brothers and sisters, other relatives and friends.
